Choose Your Cake

Marked for Dessert offers a variety of premium cake and filling flavors. This list represents our most popular selections. We can prepare other flavors by special request. All cakes are made from scratch and are never frozen, ensuring a moist, flavorful cake for your event. We prepare smooth Swiss meringue buttercream made with real butter and fresh eggs for all of our cakes. Buttercream used in fillings may be combined with a variety of chopped, toasted nuts such as hazelnuts or with fresh fruit for a special touch.

You may also choose a cake decorated with rolled fondant. Fondant is popular in Europe and Australia and has become quite common in the U.S. in recent years. It is a smooth sweet icing made with corn syrup that allows for a sleek, elegant presentation. Its firm surface allows for artistic finishes such as embossing, brush embroidery, and airbrushing, which can only be achieved with fondant.
