This fondant cake is patterned after the Versace china pattern by the same name. It carries the gold flourishes popularized by Versace as side borders on each cake tier.

The butterflies, tulips, strawberries, and ladybugs are all hand-made using both fondant and gum paste to match the colors and designs evident in the china.

The base tier is draped in an embossed fondant flounce.
