This whimsical cake was designed for the 50th birthday of a real estate property manger, the "Condo King". The little fondant king presides over the kingdom of his Chicago properties from his golden throne of sculpted cake. The buildings, each made of cake, all included major design elements reflective of the real buildings for an added touch of style.
